Initial conditions:

• The volunteer found Vani after she was hit by a car and had a pelvic fracture. The vet’s diagnosis was that: She had a quite severe broken pelvis, needed an operation as soon as possible to fix the bone. 
• Vani was quite weak, the prognosis was bad because all two pelvic wings were broken, severely blocking the nerves.03/04: Before the surgery Vani couldn’t go potty, maybe because the pelvic fracture had blocked her urinary tract and rectum, or made the nerves of this area paralyzed. At that time

Current condition:
Although she was placed in an ICU incubator and closely monitored, she was too weak and died on the same day of the surgery.
